Jennifer Holliday is the Owner of the Holliday Design Studio LLC, designing and managing cohesive brand identities for community-minded businesses and organizations. She is a communications expert and graphic designer with over 20 years of experience in technical writing, wordsmithing, and editing; and 14 years of design and marketing experience.
She is also a military spouse with over 21 years of military life experience, including 7 wartime deployments and 9 PCS moves, all while raising three Army BRATS. She has focused on leading, mentoring, and supporting military spouses and families, engaging with Department of Defense quality of life programs on countless occasions. She has worked with these programs both personally and in support roles on behalf of military families at various stages of transition, crisis, or general inquiry.
Past experiences in military spouse leadership roles centered around Family Readiness Group Leader and Advisor positions, including the 3d SFG(A) Headquarters and 3ID Headquarters. Jennifer was also the Vice President of the Stan the Man Foundation from 2006-2010, helping the organization continue and expand its mission to support military families in need at Fort Bragg.
Since moving to Alabama in 2016 as the spouse of the Garrison Commander for Redstone Arsenal, Jennifer has cultivated an expansive network across the local military spouse, civilian, Federal, and Veteran communities. She is currently working with the Alabama Military Stability Foundation on the Heroes Welcome Initiative. Additionally, she volunteers as the Communications Chair and Community Relations Chair for the Semper Fi Community Task Force’s Board of Directors; and, is a past volunteer webmaster for the North Alabama Veterans and Fraternal Organizations Coalition.
Other volunteer leadership roles in Alabama include creating and leading the Redstone Pathfinders group for Team Redstone military and community spouses; designing and creating the Team Redstone All Call (TRAC) website for area newcomers, specifically military spouses; and working with the Core Committee for The Wall That Heals – Huntsville as the Website Designer, Social Media Manager, and Staff Writer.
